I think the mockingjay tattoo does show something. Besides, it is her body and her life. It is what she chooses, whether it is right or wrong. We all have freedom in this country. The Hunger Games has been very powerful and has obviously affected some people, enough to get tattoos on their bodies. Please be respectful. Thank you!
