Hairstylist Guido Palau told WWD that the drawn-out chignons he created for Prada were “classic French hairdressing.” Created using Redken styling products, the modern chignon was finished off with a woollen hairband that I am predicting will totally take off. Pat McGrath, my favourite makeup artist in the whole wide world, was responsible for these bold brows that she created using COVERGIRL's Line Exact Liquid Eyeliner ($13.95). She called it '50s inspired, just like those glasses, which means, so far, we've got (deep breath) the remnants of the '80s hanging around, the '90s making a comeback, the '50s being credited and some '40s film noir glamour thrown in for good luck (breathe out).
