Glamour's annual Women of the Year Awards was a, well, glamorous affair in NYC last night with a host of A-listers, including Jennifer Aniston, Emma Stone, Jennifer Lopez and Lea Michele, showing up. Jen A added some body to the ends of her hair, while Jessica Alba and Jennifer Lopez both rocked half-up, half-down 'dos. Lea looked lovely sporting an on-trend berry lip.
