Not all of Hollywood's A-list men commit to grooming like David Beckham does, but when it comes to a big event like the Golden Globes they all push the boat out and make an effort (note: this doesn't always mean shaving). From Twilight's Robert Pattinson and Peter Facinelli to the whole Glee gang; from Natalie Portman's fiancé, choreographer and baby daddy Benjamin Millepied to is-he-or-isn't-he-single Zac Efron and of course our very own Aussie posse, seems like almost every leading man was out for the red carpet last night . . .
