Is Andrej Pejic Fronting a Fragrance Campaign

After closing the Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture show in Paris this time last year, Andrej Pejic cemented his status as the darling of the fashion world, going on to appear in W, Numéro, V Magazine and many more fashion spreads. Based in Australia since the age of eight, the half-Serbian, half-Croatian model's star is only set to rise with reports of an upcoming fragrance deal said to be in the works. On Sunday evening during France's news and current affairs program, Sept à Huit, it was announced that, "He [Pejic] will sign, in several weeks, his first contract to lend his image to a major perfume brand." Whilst nothing has been confirmed as yet, it seems feasible that brands would want to tap into Pejic's popularity. So far Jean Paul Gaultier and Marc Jacobs are names that have been thrown into the ring given that he starred in both of their S/S 2011 campaigns. We'll keep you posted if and when we hear more news.
