Penelope Ann Miller is no doubt hoping for a successful night with her movie The Artist. Taking inspiration from the era of the film, Penelope helped to co-design her custom-created Badgley Mischka gown, which she accessorised with Blue Nile jewels. Penelope added a more modern twist through her beauty look which featured a bouffant hairstyle, finished with an on-trend headband, red gloss and metallic shadow.
