Avril Lavigne Collaborates With Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips

She's known for her pop-punk hits and even as a clothing designer and now Avril Lavigne has channel;ed her creative spirit into nail art. Starting this April, the singer will launch a limited-edition collection with the Sally Hansen Salon Effects brand. And in true Avril fashion, the polish strips, which will feature 12 different designs, will include rock-chic patterns like tiny skulls and leopard print. "It's supercool because the designs that I came up with are my personal style and vibe — they're rock 'n' roll and fun and bright and colourful. You have sparkles and little stars — they are cute," Avril explained in an interview with WWD. Avril has already ventured into the beauty business with Black Star and Forbidden Rose perfumes, so what can we expect next? "I think it would be cool to do hair colour," says Avril.
