Benefit High Brow Glow: Review and Swatches

Admittedly brow highlighting isn't something that's top of my list when it comes to getting ready. Which is bad. Because it's a simple, two-second trick that promises to create an eye-opening effect. Not to mention, amazing-looking brows. So when Benefit's new High Brow Glow ($39) landed on my desk, I thought I'd give it a whirl. Keen to see if it had an improvement on my arch, I wanted to check out its brow lifting qualities and its luminosity — the key point of difference between the already popular High Brow pencil, which is a soft pink shade.
