When I spotted this chick sporting milkmaid braids complete with obvious bobby pin action at a Ray-Ban party, I sat up and took notice. (If you're wondering who said chick is, Getty dutifully informs me that it's Oh Land who sings and is from Copenhagen. 'Splains a lot. Well the braids anyway.) So it basically got me thinking, are blatant bobby pins an acceptable form of hair attire? Oh Land's not alone (oh no), Diane Kruger is a repeat offender, we've seen her wear bobby pins with pride at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival and the German premiere of Inglourious Basterds. What do you think, a styling tool or a stylish accessory? A do/don't?
