We've professed our love for mini stylista Elle Fanning on the site before, but these new shots of the Somewhere star in Teen Vogue have cemented her status as One to Most Definitely Watch. Dakota's lil' sis busted out the barrette way before Kirsten Dunst did so in Cannes and now she's moved on to another much-loved hair trend: braids. She rocks fishtail plaited pigtails, a hybrid milkmaid braid mash-up and a pretty, deep-sided fringe braid. It's hairspiration to the max.
