Carrie Underwood's Hair and Makeup at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards

Carrie Underwood told us that she doesn't decide on a red (or, in this case, white) carpet beauty look until she's getting ready — "It's all about what I'm wearing and what might look good with it," she says — but there are a few staple items that she's never without: nude gloss, lashes and an inner V eye brightener. All were out in full force for the Billboard Music Awards today and joining them was a sultry smoky eye. When it came to hair, Carrie was all about length, wearing her cascading curls in a side part and pulled forward over one shoulder. Thoughts on the look?
