David Babaii Reveals How to Get Nicole Kidman's Super Straight Hair at the 2012 Emmy Awards

David Babaii, hairstylist to the stars, was the man behind Nicole Kidman's super straight hairstyle at today's Emmy Awards. "When asked about a muse for a particular look, I can’t go past Nicole. David began by applying David Babaii Miracle Oil ($29.95) through Nic’s hair. Next, he dried her hair using a large round brush to smooth hair completely straight. In order to achieve flawless straight hair, control is a must. David sectioned her hair first: top, sides and back. Then, he started by drying the nape area and then proceeded until her entire head was dry. After creating a perfect centre part and to ensure sleek perfection, he finished the hair with IT&LY’s Racing Red Professional 1” Digital Iron. For the final step, David took a toothbrush spraying it with David Babaii Mise en Plis Light Styling Spray ($25.50) and gently brushed the top layers for an ultra-soft hold and to define her centre part creating this mirror finish.
