Exclusive: Katy Perry Dresses as The Little Mermaid For GHd Air Ads

We've got a sneak peek of Katy Perry's latest ghd campaign and it's safe to say that it's our favourite yet. Continuing with the fairytale theme, Katy gets a mermaid makeover for the ghd air (the brand's first-ever hairdryer) ads. Photographed under the Brooklyn Bridge by David LaChapelle, Katy was a huge fan of the look: "I love it because I’m such a fan of the Disney movies. Ariel is such a big influence. It’s always fun to dress up once in your lifetime as a mermaid and have that fish fin tail. It was fun — I got to have purple hair which foreshadowed the real purple hair I had last fall.
