Hilary Duff's Brown Hair and Feathers Make Her Feel Spicy!

Hilary Duff just posted this pic on her Twitter of her new hair as she gets ready to celebrate her big sister's birthday! The singer, actress and author looks like she's busted out the crimping iron, but it's actually feathers — a look we saw on the NYFW runways at Cushnie et Ochs. She tweeted: "Ooh brown hair and feathers! Definitely feeling spicy y'all!" Hilary ditched her much-loved ombré effect in favour of an all-over brunette hue which took SIX HOURS to do at the Byron & Tracey salon in Beverly Hills. Totes worth it as Hilary looks lovely, no? But still, that's a looooong time. What's the longest you've spent at the salon? Mine's about four hours.
