How to Do Michelle Williams's Makeup at the Blue Valentine Premiere
How-To: Michelle Williams's Adorable Pretty-in-Pink Makeup!
Michelle Williams looked cute-as-a-button at this week's New York premiere of Blue Valentine. She accentuated her platinum blonde pixie with a palette of creamy pink shades. And makeup artist Jeanine Lobell created Michelle's fresh and flirty look using products from Chanel's Spring 2011 collection, launching in Feb.
Eyes: Start by lining the eyes with a soft brown liner. Jeanine then used the Ombres Perlées Limited Edition palette ($100)—applying the pale ivory colour from Michelle's lash line to brow. Then, she used the pink shade on the crease and smudged the gorgeous grey on the lid and lash line. Tip: apply a little grey to the lower lash line to help frame the eyes and finish with black mascara; Lobell used Kevyn Aucoin Mascara ($52) on Michelle.
Cheeks and Lips: Lobell used a soft pink on Michelle's cheeks — we love Chanel's new Joues Contraste Espiègle ($71), which is part of the Spring collection. And Rouge Coco Jersey Rose ($50) brought it all together. We'll definitely be wearing this exact look come February. LOVE.
