Jennifer Hawkins on Scherri-Lee Biggs' Plastic Surgery Views

Jennifer Hawkins has categorically denied having plastic surgery since claiming the Miss Universe crown back in 2004 but that hasn't stopped others openly discussing the matter — even this year's representative, Scherri-Lee Biggs, told press she believe Jen had gone "too far" before jetting to Brazil to take part in the 2011 pageant. In yesterday's Sun Herald, Jen responded to Scherri-Lee's comments, telling Kate Waterhouse:

"I was surprised by the comments because I don't even know the girl . . . It's just not my thing to comment negatively about someone through the media, so I don't think it's cool at all."

Jen reiterates that she hasn't had surgery, instead saying "my fitness and skin regime is completely different from seven years ago" and that her "healthy lifestyle" is behind her flawless complexion. What do you think about it all? Was Scherri-Lee out of line to openly discuss Jen's look and insinuate she'd had surgery? Or is it just something you have to deal with if you're in the public eye?

As far as I can tell, having been a total fan of hers since her Australian Title, she has done nothing but fully grow into the body she was born with, no longer doing the regime, and perhaps bad habits prior to her win, has learnt what works for her. It is a little sad, as gorgeous as Elle, still is, she would probably regret not having looked after her skin as well as she could have, but even now is an absolutely gorgeous woman. Belinda Green was extraordinarily, beautiful, and being a Hobartian,I remember her winning the beach girl comp on local T.V., which led to her Miss World Title. Those who make comments, should ask themselves why, that Elle and Belinda may have some enhancement, could be more about the treatments available at the time.. Of all three, the most beautiful Australians of their era that went down the modelling track. Also, all three, seem to be quite adept at managing their finances, no-one can help the genes you are born with, all should just most make the most of what they have.

I dont reckon shes had plastic surgery, Scherri- Lee should shut her pie hole. All Jen's done is grow her eyebrows out and get some awesome make up tips and beauty routine going on. She looks amazing and her response to Scherri-Lee was all class.
