Kate Moss the Inspiration For Marc Jacobs Fall 2010 New York Fashion Week Show

Interesting. Very interesting indeed. Miss Moss' status as a muse is on the rise with the model being touted as the inspiration behind the Fall 2010 makeup for the second time in a matter of days. First it was Gucci Westman making the call over at Rag & Bone, now François Nars revealed that the Croydon girl's "sexy cool . . . worn-out look," was the go for Marc Jacobs' models too. Code: wearing yesterday's makeup has just been made acceptable. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Nars told WWD that the heart of the look was the clumpy mascaraed-to-the-max eyes, while the matte lip had just a hint of NARS Lipstick in Barbarella ($58) applied. A rather toned-down affair. Does that make you happy or sad? Me? A little sad.
