Katy Perry's hair-raising Grammys beauty look certainly turned heads. Wearing her blue strands in a French roll with lots of volume at the hairline created an ombré effect, whether by accident or design, that is reminiscent of the ocean. Her eyes have been rimmed in silver and finished with her usual false lashes. An opaque baby pink link finished the look off. Thoughts?
