Katy Perry looks like a sexy mermaid with long, black hair extensions styled in a screen siren-like peek-a-boo bang. Hot! Letting one side fall over her right eye, Katy went with a mute lip which is very different for her. She's usually all about the statement makeup, so we're loving this sexy, subdued red carpet beauty moment. She has a grey smoky eye, but it didn't take away from the hair — so long, so luscious.
