The September Allure cover girl showed off her new 'do at two events over the weekend — promoting her new perfume in California and at the Comcast premiere party for Keeping Up With The Kardashians with gal pal Kelly Osbourne. I LOVE it. Far from distracting from those fierce feline eyes of hers, it serves to accentuate them, don't you reck? She's totally rockin' the bangs, no? Or do you prefer her without them?
