Kim Kardashian Plastic Surgery Rumours

The rumour mill's been a-buzzing over the past few weeks with everybody trying to figure out if Kim Kardashian's had 'work' done. And not the new-bathroom-kitchen-refit kind of work, if you get what I mean. They think she's had nose job, lipo, fillers, butt job, you name it. She's had it. Even Spencer Pratt (oh thee of Twitter-rant fame) blasted the star for lying about her surgery, claiming to know who her doctor is. Kim has said in the past: "I HAVE NOT EVER HAD PLASTIC SURGERY!!! I am definitely not against it at all, but haven’t yet had it!" But looking at the snaps, what do you think? Here she is (on the left) at a nightclub launch in '06 and (on the right) at a party in LA, Tuesday night. Obviously she's amped up the lashes and hair, but the cheeks look significantly more sculpted recently, too. It could be the result of good makeup, but what do you think? Reckon Kim's had surgery?
