Kim Kardashian Talks Plastic Surgery With InStyle UK

Just like the camera crews and paparazzi follow Kim Kardashian's every move, so do rumours of plastic surgery. Once again she addresses them, telling InStyle UK (she's their August cover girl) that she's all-natural, but maybe not forever: "It's crazy that people think I've had my nose, cheeks, and lips done. It's just not the case. I'm not against plastic surgery. I will definitely need a boob lift after I have kids. Who knows if I will want to do my face one day? My mom did it, I told her to do it." In the accompanying editorial shots Kim sports her signature smoky eye and nude-pink lip as well as a gorgeous winged eye which you can see in all its glory as Kim lounges by the pool — in a designer dress and gold jewels. Such is life for a Kardashian.
