Twilight fever is in full force again as Breaking Dawn: Part 1 hits cinemas today. The first of the around-the-world premieres took place on Monday night in LA before the cast hot-footed it across the pond to London for last night's UK premiere. Leading lady Kristen Stewart traded in her intricate braided up 'do for long, curly extensions that hung loose from a bun that sat at the nape of her neck.
