Lea Michele's 2012 Golden Globes Hair and Makeup Look

Glee star Lea Michele dared to bare a little skin in her metallic gown. We already knew that she was getting a sexy makeup look, courtesy of celebrity makeup artist Melanie Inglessis and we love the dark, smoky eye that's teamed with a nude lip colour. Hair-wise it was another tousled up' do which wasn't too dissimilar to her co-star Dianna Agron's look. Thoughts?
