We had a lot of beautiful looks to pore over this week, what with a fancy Vogue dinner and the 2013 Cannes Film Festival taking place, but we had to be selective and whittle our list of favourites down to 10. When it comes to the absolute best, no-holds-barred beauty looks of the week, we have to be wowed — and wowed we were when we caught sight of Cara Delevingne's Cannes look. It was dramatic, sexy and could've easily gone wrong. . . but it was so right. Jennifer Lawrence also opted for a bold lip, and speaking of bold, we were huge fans of Nicole Kidman's futuristic ponytail. You can't say Donatella Versace doesn't know how to throw a party. Last night, she and designer Jonathan Anderson took over the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City to present the new Versus Versace and JW Anderson's first capsule collection for the brand. But this wasn't just any product launch. Versace managed to fill the space with everyone from industry insiders like Leigh Lezark, Eniko Mihalik, and Harriet Mays Powell, to stars like Heidi Klum, Darren Criss, and Taylor Momsen.

All of them assembled around a big black box in the middle of the room. When illuminated, the box was revealed to be a backstage area enclosed by translucent panels of plastic. From there, models walked down runways on either side of the space before performances by musicians Angel Haze, Dead Sara, and Grimes. And while no one walked away with pieces from the collection, guests did get a special treat at the end of the party: a parcel of differently flavuored doughnut holes served as the goody bag. It might be the last city on the Fashion Week itinerary, but Paris's front rows are lined with famous fashion fans. The latest round of chic arrivals includes Milla Jovovich, Jessica Chastain, and Leigh Lezark all looking exquisite at the highly anticipated Chanel show. For her Valentino arrival, Nicole Richie showed off her feminine side in a black ruffled coat, while Kirsten Dunst exuded minimalist-chic in a black and white pairing at Saint Laurent. When it comes to the front row at a fashion show, the Italians really do do it better. Fendi drew a phenomenally fabulous-looking crowd to their Autumn/Winter 2013 collection preview in Milan yesterday, with the editrixes Anna Wintour, Giovanna Battaglia and Franca Sozzani and Anna Dello Russo frocking up for the glamorous show. Coloured fur, sequinned capes and Spanish cordobés hats were standard attire. We loved snooping the extravagantly dressed crowd, so thought you would too.
