The week kicked-off with the very fashionable CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards, and Ashley Olsen was a clear stand-out in the race to make this week's most beautiful list. Her natural brows and rose gold cream shadow made up the stuff of dreams. Fellow attendee Jourdan Dunn was also rocking a rustic and romantic look of bronze smoky eyes and plum lips. We're refusing to get over Lily Collins — how does someone enter this world so insanely pretty?! And then there was that little old fashion show, Victoria's Secret. . . Step right in.
It was a major night for stars and fashion at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, held at New York's Carnegie Hall. With style stand-outs like Rose Byrne (in Jonathan Saunders), Liya Kebede (in Proenza Schouler), and Lily Collins (in Julien Macdonald) taking the spotlight for the empowering night, finding a favourite honouree was a difficult task.
See what all the women wore, and find out why the 2013 ceremony will be one we'll be discussing long into next year (we're talking to you, Lady Gaga!).
So many inspiring ladies, so little time! Today, in New York, countless female celebrities — Lena Dunham, Lily Collins, Karlie Kloss and more — stepped out to celebrate the most inspirational, brave, snd successful women of the year. The 2013 Glamour Women of the Year Awards were always going to be a headlining event, with the likes of Lady Gaga, Barbra Streisand, Catherine Martin and Christy Turlington-Burns all on the receiving end of the prestigious awards.
As well as the showbiz stars mentioned above, some non-famous women were honoured as well. Most notably: Kaitlin Roig-Debellis, whose heroic actions saved 15 kindergarten children in last year's Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, and Malala Yousafzai, who was shot in the head — and survived — after standing up to conservative rule in her native Pakistan last year. If we had to point to one '90s trend that has been not only revived, but be full-on reinvented for the season, the crop top has got to be it. For Spring '14, everyone from Nicole Richie to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Beyoncé are giving the trend their own personal spin. The latest celeb to try the trend is Rachel Bilson, whose cropped Milly ensemble and Givenchy shoes made for a trend-driven pairing at the People's Choice Awards nominations.
Unsure about braving the crop top yourself? Get style-inspired by these ab-fab celebrity outfits from the past few months in the gallery.

Lily and Julianne both paired their lipsticks with bold, filled-in brows and black polish (Lily on her toes, Julianne on her fingers), but Lily opted for matte blush and very little liner on her eyes. Julianne, on the other hand, swiped her lipstick on with dewy skin and a thick line across her eyes. The lipstick was the focal point of both their looks, and we can almost imagine them passing the tube back and forth in front of the mirror in the ladies' room. After stylish stints in New York, London and Milan, stars have flocked to Paris for the last big week of Spring/Summer 2014 runway shows. Paris Fashion Week hosted much-anticipated designers like Chanel, Stella McCartney and Louis Vuitton, shows that once again drew a star-studded front row. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West left baby North at home in the US to attend the Givenchy show, where they were seated beside Ciara and Lily Collins. They also took the opportunity to have some Parisian date nights, and Kim was gifted with plenty of designer goods for her little one. Miranda Kerr hit the runway for Chanel and Stella McCartney, where she linked up with Cara Delevingne backstage, while stylish sisters Elle and Dakota Fanning attended Louis Vuitton, and Lena Dunham added her star power to Miu Miu.
