Marc Jacobs trying to bring the hair scrunchie back into fashion

There's many reasons to love Marc Jacobs: he introduced us to Daisy; he got Victoria Beckham to sit in a bag; he made Louis Vuitton funky. But there's one very, very good reason to be unhappy with him right now: he's trying to bring back the scrunchie.

I'm not going to lie, growing up in the '80s and '90s, the scrunchie was key to my overall look. (Think baggy t-shirts, fluro cycling shorts, slouch socks and boot trainers. Hot.)

But, being an adult – and attempting to be a stylish one at that – I'm not sure I have room in my life for the scrunchie anymore. But that leaves me in a bit of a bind as normally I'm willing to blindly follow wherever Marc Jacobs leads which could involve sporting not one, but two scrunchies. Oh dear.
