Miley Cyrus' Hair and Makeup at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards

Miley Cyrus was one of the first to walk the 2012 Billboard Music Awards white carpet in Vegas today. Pumping up the volume in her shorter strands, it's a new look for the singer and actress who, since lopping off her longer locks earlier this year has chosen to wear her hair tousled. Her makeup palette remains in her signature style however: winged liner with a focus on a flirty flutter, finished up with a muted pink gloss. Oh, and blue toenails! What do you think of it?
