Nicole Richie at the 2010 Glamour Women of the Year Awards

Nicole Richie has come so far in the style stakes. Sooooo far. At the start of the noughties, she was too-tan and wearing dreads. Smooth. Fast forward to 2010 and she's not only award-winning (woot!) but is the poster girl for simple, chic styling. I'm LOV-ing her teased side-pony: the centre part, back bouff' and texture throughout work so well together. Just like peas and carrots. She's reworked her Oscars makeup: the blue shadow and winged liner are still there, but more subtle and demure. She sensibly kept my blush/lip combo in the same colour family with a pop of apricot blush and some nude pink-peach gloss. I like it. I like it a lot. You?
