2009 Primetime Emmy Awards: Amy Poehler

New mom Amy Poehler looked happy to be back on the red carpet, and her style has really matured—she looked a lot more accomplished actor than quirky comedienne. The classic side-parted updo and soft pink lip were undoubtedly pretty, but do you like it? Or do you miss her Saturday Night Live-era shenanigans?

I just don't understand why people insist on wearing so much black around their eyes. It's not flattering.

I like it; she may not be your typical flawless Holly beauty; but she's the real Hollywood beauty who is famous for her talent. I love the makeup; especially how her eyeliner really makes her eyes pop (it almost looks dark blue - I wonder?) and how it all goes perfectly with her hair...

I love Amy Poehler. She's hilarious. I like this look on her. It's just the right touch of makeup. Not too much or not too little. Her natural beauty shines through. :)
