She's the modern day blonde bombshell but Gossip Girl star Blake Lively has traded it all in for a warmer hue that's screaming Jessica Rabbit to us. The actress just showed up to the TIME 100 Gala in NYC, which celebrates TIME magazine's annual 100 Most Influential People in the World announcement. Blake recently admitted that she "loved having the brown hair" for her role in Green Lantern alongside Ryan Reynolds, but this shade of strawberry is totally unexpected. Whether it's for a film role or just personal choice, we don't know as yet, but we'll keep you posted as soon as we hear more. What do you think of Blake's new hue — red hot?

Hmmm jury's out again. It doesn't look too bad, but she is just so unbelievably stunning as a blonde, when I think of gorgeous blonde's she is one of the first that comes to mind. But red seems to be the colour du jour right now, hoping she goes back to the blonde side soon!

I'm so undecided! Even having that coffee and returning couldn't help :P I think she looks less glamour-siren with this hair, but it certainly is a refreshing change. I wonder what Lagerfeld thinks of this. Maybe he sanctioned it? Hmmm. Nevertheless, i am loving that DRESS! Its a beautiful blue colour, especially that gem-studded bra thing that is built in (i think its built in ahah)
