It was the talk of the royal wedding — with its own Facebook page created shortly after she stepped out of the carriage — and now Pippa Middleton's bum has spiked plastic surgery numbers with UK-based cosmetic surgeons reporting a 60 percent rise in bottom lifting procedures! Lesley Khan of London's Harley Street Skin Clinic told UK tabloid, The Daily Star: "We are now seeing scores of female clients seeking the perfect bottom. A few years back everyone wanted the Jennifer Lopez look, but now everyone asks for a bottom like Pippa's — curvy but not too peachy."
