There's a lot of drama going on with this makeup look. Think of winged liner and not one but two sets of lashes plus mascara.
A mix between sort of if Mick Jagger was a woman and Marianne Faithful and Kate Moss with that very 60- 70's era with a modern contemporary feel. It makes everyone look sexy and beautiful. It just gives that feline sense to the shape to the eye and makes it look very kinda your eyes look kinda much more hypnotic.
