"My go-to London spa is Zen, Notting Hill Gate. It's pretty unassuming from the outside but has the best massages in London — especially for pregnancy, as the beds have special tummy holes. It is my one major indulgence as I fly so much for work. It helps kick jet lag every time.

"For boutiques, I'm a massive fan of Merchant Archive (pictured) on Kensington Park Road. It has the most wonderful edit of clothing and vintage pieces and feels just like you are walking into your dream wardrobe.

"My ultimate beauty indulgence is facials at Linda Meredith — a couple of times a year before a big occasion. It is a tiny salon, unmarked, through a door on Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge. It takes years off and is the ultimate in pampering."
