Thandie Newton Named Face of Olay

Considering Thandie Newton's gorgeous complexion, it was only a matter of time before a beauty company would offer an endorsement deal. It turns out that company is Olay, Grazia Daily reports. The BAFTA-winning beauty will appear in a new advertising campaign for its anti-ageing Total Effects line. She said:

When filming, my working day is hectic, so trying to strike a balance between work, a family, and time for myself can be challenging . . . Olay is a brand I trust and I love the fact that the range offers me an all-in-one, anti-ageing moisturiser which takes care of all my skincare needs.

While it looks like the ads will appear just in the UK, we'd love to see more of her here, too, at some point. Do you think Thandie is a good fit with the brand? Are you happy to see her move into a bit of a different role?
