We've all been there — standing on the street with a fresh cut and colour that looks nothing like we envisaged or the picture we presented. We said Alexa Chung's choppy crop and walked out with something resembling The Rachel, circa 1994. We're upset and we kind of want to cry, but there's no way in hell we're going to walk back in and actually tell the hairdresser we hate it. Besides, maybe it will grown on us?
