My best mate from America makes this brocolli salad (it's sweet, not savoury - of course, he's American!!)... With sunflower seeds, bacon bits... Oh, just to die for! It seriously is like dessert though. No way can I call it a 'side salad'!!

I love to eat it steamed - ha, I shove it in the microwave for 40 seconds - with chicken salt! When I was young I use to call them 'little trees' and to this day I try to stand them up like trees on my plate.

I love organic broccoli, as it is at its freshest and most natural, with no chemicals. I love to stir fry it, I love it in beef and black bean sauce, and also ginger chicken with stirfried broccoli. Fried with some carrots, zucchini and spinach, tossed in some soy sauce and with some quinoa added, oh and some fish. Broccoli does wonders for me in the winter - as would this serum - woukd love it!!x

I'm frankly surprised to read that so many people love broccoli - because, judging by the usual response I hear when I say that it's one of my favourite vegetables, it's the one vegetable that people seem to dislike. I really don't get that, at all. Even as a child, I loved broccoli. So, how do I love to eat it broccoli? There are so many dishes I love which feature broccoli, it's really hard to choose just one dish. Hmmm. Well, after much thought, I think my favourite dish is one that my partner invented. It's called Vietnamese chicken, and broccoli is the main vegetable (apart from onion and garlic, of course). It's meant to feature green beans, but we'd forgotten to buy any, so he used the broccoli instead. Now, we always use broccoli, as it's complements the dish so well, and absorbs some of the spicy gravy, making it just SO delicious. Yes, that would have to be my favourite.

I adore steamed broccoli with a vinaigrette of red wine vinegar, garlic, mustard, olive oil and sugar. It is delicious! Also, just quietly, I really like eating broccoli stems... just on their own - my boyfriend was horrified when he saw casually munching on one like it was a carrot ;) So I think it's safe to say my skin will love SKIN.ERGETIC and it's broccoli content too, especially since it's looking so dull in this winter weather.

How do I like to eat my broccoli? Let me count the ways (sorry, Elizabeth Barrett Browning): In Thai chicken and cashew stir-fry, in Italian pasta e broccoli, served with grilled salmon as a side dish (with garlic butter), in Burmese noodles... I could go on and on. I just love broccoli, always have, and love that it's also so good for my health.

My fav way to eat broccoli is a recipe I got from Donna Hay. Add broccoli, wedges of lemon and cloves of garlic and bake. My personal touch, I add some crumbled feta on top. Comes out still crunchy and green, just the way good broccoli should be. This is seriously so yummy and good for you that you'll love it. Nice as a side, but so good you'll want more.

As a child, my mum used to feed me brocolini (mini version of brocoli). I like it mainly steamed with a mayonnaise dip. I also like to eat it in beef stir-fries with sliced carrots, onions, garlic and little corns.

Honestly, any which way I can! I'm one of those weird people who LOVES broccoli, and eat it raw with tzatziki dip, stir fried, baked, even at 11am I could eat some now. The little trees and stalks rule!
