If you think of classic makeup looks, two spring to mind, right? The smoky eye and classic red lipstick. Not to be worn together unless you are a Givenchy or DSquared2 model. Personally, I'm on Team Red Lip. I look like a drag queen in a smoky eye. Winged liner is my friend. But that could just be me. I need your help to decide The #1 Classic Makeup Look. I've also enlisted Leighton Meester and Jessica Alba to model the two looks at Chanel's Paris Haute Couture A/W 2011 collection yesterday. Leighton blended silver and grey shadow across her lids, while Jess went for fire engine red on the lips. Which classic makeup look do you like?

I love the Smokey Eye! Its just too easy to do, you can wear it toned down or vamp it up. Doesn't stop me from busting out the red lipstick on occasion though. :)

I voted for the Smoky eye... If I could pull off red lips I might feel differently. I am not even too sure I can really pull off the smoky eye... but I attempt, oh how I attempt it.

Personally, im loving thesmoky eye. Hers isnt done the ebst, but im feeling it more than the red lipstick on Ms. Alba! Plus, i might be a bit biased being an avid gossip girl watcher. :P

Classic red lipstick, it's a shame most people go for smoky eyes instead - I personally look like I've been punched in the face with a smoky eye! The right shade of red lipstick is the only accessory I need when I'm trying to 'oomph' my look.

I think there is a perfect time and place for both of these looks. The right smokey eye can make eyes pop beautifully but red lips are just so timeless, it's always a winner!

My favourite look is the classic red lipstick. I'm suprised how well the smokey look(Grey and Silver) eyeshadow works with brown eyes! shame i don't have brown eyes!!!
