RAFW 2010: Deep Burgundy Lips at Zimmermann

Linda Jefferyes described the makeup look for Zimmermann as "clean, chic and polished . . . [it's about] being balanced." The focus was the gorgeous dark burgundy lip which was custom-blended using three MAC Lip Mixes in Crimson, Burgundy and Brown. They have a fairly matte finish, but Linda says, if you're looking for a creamier look, you can work in some balm or anything moisturising. Good to know. The skin was clean and beautiful and the brows were enhanced using Impeccable Brow Pencil to balance out the lip. The nails were tied in with the gorgeous lip colour; OPI mixed Lincoln Park After Dark with Manicurist of Seville to create just the right shade. What do you think: gorgeous or too goth?
