Former Miss Universe, model and designer, Jennifer Hawkins, married her sweetheart, Jake Wall, in Bali earlier this week. Woman's Day had the cover exclusive, and last night revealed the much anticipated cover of the newly-weds. Jennifer's hairstylist, Keiren Street, kept her strands very natural for the big day, opting to pull the front back into a neat clip. No doubt the humidity played a key role in her decision to clip her hair back, and the same could be said for her beautifully natural makeup by Liz Kelsh. The beach-themed wedding asked for a more minimal look, with peachy, glossed lips and full lashes. Her nails were also neutral — a safe option for brides on their big day. Overall, Jen's look is classic and understated — perfect for our Australian beauty queen.

Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall were married on late Tuesday afternoon in Uluwatu, Bali, and Woman’s Day have released their official wedding photos in its new issue, which is on sale today after being rushed to printers and pushed out ahead of its usual Monday on-sale day. It’s the first proper look at Jennifer’s natural hair and makeup, and Toni Maticevski wedding dress — the Australian designer created a custom strapless gown for the special occasion, the first of two dresses Jennifer was going to wear, but she felt so comfortable that she kept her first Maticevski dress on for the whole party.
The nuptials, touted as the Australian celebrity wedding of their year, were an intimate affair with just 60 family and friends making up the guest list. The ceremony took place at the Semara Luxury Villa Resort, with the reception kicking on inside a marquee that had been erected for the occasion. Guests dined on canapés and a five-course menu as the night went on — other highlights include Jennifer and Jake’s first dance to Otis Redding’s “These Arms of Mine” and a tribute to Jake’s mother Leslee, who passed away last year.

Here Comes the Bride! Saluting Jennifer Hawkins' Single Girl Style
Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall pulled a sneaky on us, getting hitched in Uluwatu, Bali, late yesterday afternoon. Whilst details on the dress are yet to hit our desk/inbox/Twitter or Instagram feed, we can tell the bride reportedly wore a traditional white 'meringue' style strapless frock with a full skirt. Jennifer earned herself a place in our hearts as the down to earth winner of the Miss Universe title back in 2004, and since then the Newcastle Knights cheerleader has turned herself into a fashion mogul of sorts; securing ambassador deals with Myer, Lovable and Mount Franklin, as well as starting her self-designed swimwear label Cozi and hosting both Make Me a Supermodel and this year's cycle of Australia's Next Top Model.
Enough with the profession background — let's get into her style evolution, shall we? From satin bias-cut slips to beauty queen sashes, Jen's worn it all. One thing we've learnt from compiling this celebratory style stalk is that the newly married model isn't afraid of colour, print, or showing off her killer legs. Step inside to see how her look has evolved over the years.

Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall are married! The glamorous Australian couple got hitched late Tuesday afternoon in Bali, which had long been reported as the destination of their overseas wedding. According to News.com.au the bride wore a “meringue-style strapless dress with her hair down” to the ceremony, which was held at the luxurious resort Semara, complete with a picturesque ocean view. It was a small, intimate affair with about 50 family and friends making up the guests.
Jennifer and Jake have signed an exclusive six-figure deal with Woman’s Day (reported to be $350,000) for coverage of their wedding, which will likely hit newsstands next week, so security was high at the nuptials. Jennifer has also previously said that she won’t be changing her name.
Congratulations to Jennifer and Jake!
Twice As Nice: Lover Presents White Magick Part Two
When something works, you stick with it — isn't that right Lover? When the local label reached into its archives to reissue 15 of their most popular white lace pieces, the cult-status dresses sold out. Again. Thankfully Lover is giving us more of what we want, creating eight new styles for the second installment of the White Magick by Lover collection — including one particularly beautiful full-length gown designed exclusively for Net-a-Porter's designer wedding dress capsule.
Designer Susien Chong nominated her favourite frock for us, saying "My favourite piece from the collection is the Eden Dress, it's sleek column shape and subtle train is a modern take on femininity — but the french lace inserts on the bodice is a nod to tradition." The entire collection drops into the Sydney Strand Arcade flagship today. If history is anything to go by, these whimsical numbers are sure to be snapped up by bohemian brides looking for something special. The collection is priced between $695 and $3,495. Barely Legal: Celebrities Who Got Married as Teens
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's engagement has been called off, reportedly! Following three years of dating, Liam proposed to Miley last June when she was only 19, but it seems teenage love was not meant to last for her. With four months of breakup rumours and family members and famous friends weighing in on their relationship status, wedding bells don't look promising. Check out the list of stars who did tie the knot as teenagers, including Drew Barrymore, Olivia Wilde, Bo Derek and more!

How to Create the Perfect Vintage Wedding Up 'Do, Step by Step
Vintage hairstyles are eternally popular for weddings, but a too-literal interpretation can leave a bride with a serious case of helmet head. So what's the key to borrowing from the past without looking stuck in it? Texture and movement. "The perfectly coiffed up 'do is outdated," says Dani Weidner, a stylist at Robert James Color in San Francisco. "Imperfect is best." To balance contemporary trends with a retro influence, Weidner designed this '20s-inspired up 'do. A defined curl and thick roll give a nod to the past, but the overall look feels fresh and current. It's an ideal style for brides — and it's one you can do at home. To get the look, read on for pictures and step-by-step instructions.
