Yesterday at the Monsters University premiere in LA, Beth Behrs did a new take on a favourite braided style. While we're used to seeing the classic milkmaid braid, Beth added even more texture by pinning up two fishtail braids instead. Her stylist Aviva Perea curled her hair in one-inch sections wrapping each piece in opposite directions. Then she used Dove Invigorating Dry Shampoo ($3.98) all over her hair to help add texture. Perea made four braids, two behind each ear.
The braids were half fishtail with the ends being regular three-strand braids. She pinned up the braids to frame Beth's blunt bangs and left tendrils around her face to draw attention to the colourful eye makeup. Her makeup artist, Jamie Greenberg, created the colourful eye makeup with a mix of pink, purple, and burgundy eye shadows to make her blue eyes pop. She started by applying a primer to lids for staying power. The pink shade on Beth's crease is Mark i-Mark Eye Shadow in Luvstruck ($7.28) mixed with a darker burgundy shade on the outer corners. Greenberg then used a purple hue to line the eyes. Finally, she layered black mascara with YSL Volume Effect Faux Cils Mascara in Burgundy ($52). Even though Beth wore this look on the red carpet, it's easily translatable to any event this season.
Delta Goodrem took a new direction with her hair and makeup looks on the most recent season of The Voice (congratulations Harrison!). Off went the extensions, and in came the blunt lob. Her on-screen style knew no bounds, and the same went for her choppy, blunt hairstyle. From loose curls to poker straight and that fringe, click through.
She's got legs for days, a button nose, permanently pouty lips and a mane to envy. She walked the red carpet with her beau yesterday — can you guess who?

We've come to know her best for her milky, flawless skin and penchant for dark lipstick, but it was Rooney Mara's unusually sculpted up 'do and curved faux fringe at the 2013 Los Angeles Film Festival screening of IFC, that caught our eye. Rooney paired her striking hairstyle with the perfect Winter colour combo — navy blue threads and black, glossy nails. Do you like her daring 'do?

Elsewhere in the world, Lauren Conrad nailed yet another up-high hairstyle, though this time she went for a more polished look, and Cara Delevingne smouldered in charcoal-lined eyes.
