Would You Wear a Safety Pin Hair Slide By Marc Jacobs?

People, I'm confused. And not just about what happened Last Night (although I'm still in TOTAL SHOCK), but about this: Marc Jacobs Safety Pin Hair Pin (approx $33).

People, I'm confused. And not just about what happened Last Night (although I'm still in TOTAL SHOCK), but about this: Marc Jacobs Safety Pin Hair Pin (approx $33). Now I'm not normally a label lush — though if it has a double C on it, I'm there. But I've always had a soft spot for Marc. Not just his fragrances, but his cosmetic bags, his actual bags and well, everything. But the whole safety pin look has me divided. Do I like it, do I not? Is it chic or tragic? Help . . .

How Do You Feel About This Spring '11 Trend: Temple Tones

Spring has sprung and it's brought with it some fresh, new trends for us all to try.

Spring has sprung and it's brought with it some fresh, new trends for us all to try. We've been wrapping up each of the cities as we go along (New York, London, Milan and soon to be Paris), but one trend that's emerged so far across all three cities is bold, contoured colour on the side of the cheeks, eyes and temples. We saw Project Runway's Christian Siriano deck his models out with tawny blush on the temples and sides of the cheeks in New York and there was a similar look from Moschino in Milan. In London we saw a more avant-garde take on the trend from Jean-Pierre Braganza in London, whose models donned a bright pink hue from the brow bone to the cheekbone. When done in flattering tones and a light hand, I can totes see this look taking off. What about you? Is it a trend you'd try, or will you pass on this one?

The feminine "alter ego" to the insanely successful Paco Rabanne 1 Million fragrance just launched this week and let me tell you, peeps, Lady Million is way, way more than just a fragrance, it's a lifestyle: a rich, luxurious and expensive one. The kind of one we all want. So if you're either a) insanely rich, b) wanting to be insanely rich or c) alive, this should be your signature scent. Like its manly counterpart, the flacon is gold. Obviously. But this one is also shaped like a diamond — 'tis actually based on the Regent diamond at the Louvre Museum aka the Most Beautiful Diamond in the World. Just in case it wasn't luxe enough. It houses a blend of sweet orange, raspberry, crystal mint, orange flower, peony sorbet, jasmine, vanilla and patchouli. Check out the gorgeous Dree Hemingway in the ad. That hair. That car. That diamond. I want it ALL. Whaddya think? Have you tried it? Do you want to try it? Thoughts?

LOOK 1: For this look, Brett suggests starting out by applying a taupe shadow on your lids and creases. "That way, you have this matte anchor," he explains. Try Maybelline NY Eye Studio Eyeshadow Mono in Silken Taupe ($12.95). Next, use a glittery gold liquid liner, like Too Faced Gold Digger Starry Eyed Liner ($34.95), applying it very close to the lash lines. Finish off by curling the lashes, adding some mascara, and tying it all together with a swipe of the taupe shadow on the lower lash lines, meeting it up to the outer creases.

Even Willow Pinkett-Smith was on hand with plenty of stylin' looks. Though we're still unhappy about the injustice of a nine-year-old at Emporio Armani. Sigh. Anyway, moving on . . . It's almost time to say Bonjour Paree! YAY!
