The Coachella Music Festival in Indio, CA, has come and gone, but we haven't forgotten the stylish celebrities who stepped out for both weekends of the indie festival. Kate Bosworth, Emma Watson, and Lauren Conrad are just a few of the stars who joined the festivities at Coachella's first weekend, and the second weekend proved to be just as stylish. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Kristen Stewart, and Zoe Kravitz showed off their festival best over this past weekend; see all of their looks in today's Fab Flash.
That Coachella is the most glamorous festival isn't up for debate. Every year Palm Springs and Coachella Valley play home to A-listers including Kate Bosworth, Whitney Port, Lea Michele, Vanessa Hudgens and Teresa Palmer, who each offer up their own unique spin on festival chic. This year we've seen everything from the perfect pop of peach blush (thank you, Bossie) to face paint (Lauren Conrad, Vanessa Hudgens and Zoë Kravitz, here's looking at you) to new purple strands (who else, but Katy Perry?) to the ultimate festival hairstyle inspiration (braids and floral garlands). See some of the most memorable looks.
We're dissecting weekend two of the fashion fest that was Coachella 2012. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley donned a Style Stalker tux shirt (which, btw, you can still buy!), Zoe Kravitz and Lindsay Lohan both working crocheted numbers and Alicia Silverstone (and her too cute bub!) in double denim. The dress code (as always) is a mix of on-trend separates, statement accessories mixed with off-duty staples — pulled together with a distinctly bohemian twist. Guess which music-loving celeb attended Coachella this past weekend with a purple-haired and red-lipped Kelly Osbourne?
Coachella veteran Kate Bosworth stepped out in style this past weekend in Indio, CA, for the indie music festival and delivered a bevy of expertly styled outfits that we adore. Rainy weather proved to be a style challenge for many festivalgoers on day one, but Kate stylishly made her way to the festival fairgrounds with all the right weather accoutrements — including Hunter gumboots and her boyfriend's utilitarian field jacket. Mulberry held not one but two parties this year, including a nighttime fire-pit soiree and a poolside barbeque bash, both held at the Parker Hotel, and Kate selected some standout pieces from the British brand's A/W 2012 collection. See all of Kate's effortlessly cool festival outfits in today's Fab Flash!
This weekend celebrities flocked to the desert for the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California. Lots of cute — and stylish — couples mixed and mingled at different events, like Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson, and The Vampire Diaries cuties Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder. Emma Watson showed off her new boyfriend, Will Adamowicz, and they packed on the PDA during one of the shows. Lots of other celebrities, such as Kate Bosworth, Lily Collins and Lea Michele, made the rounds in chic desert style. Music-wise, one of the most talked-about moments was when a hologram of Tupac Shakur was beamed onto the main stage during Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg's closing set. Thousands of music lovers who had gathered for Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg’s closing set performance at Coachella over the weekend may have gotten the shock of their lives when none other than Tupac Shakur appeared on stage. A hologram of the late rapper was beamed onto the main stage after stars like Eminem, Wiz Khalifa and 50 Cent had performed alongside Dre and Snoop. Tupac was shirtless and dressed in baggy jeans to rap “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted” and “Hail Mary,” and it quickly became a trending topic on Twitter. His mother Afeni Shakur was reportedly a fan of the virtual performance. Tupac was murdered in 1996 when he was shot four times in Las Vegas. Watch him come back to life at Coachella in the clip.
