Comic-Con took San Diego by storm over the weekend, and our US editors were right there in the thick of it at the panels, parties and press conferences. They chatted with some of the biggest stars of the convention to get the latest scoop on Breaking Dawn Part 2, Game of Thrones, and lots more. Check out all of our interviews and video highlights from Comic-Con.
Jessica Biel Is a Comic-Con Standout in White-on-White — and Hot-Pink Heels
Jessica Biel spent the weekend in San Diego with her Total Recall co-stars at Comic-Con and delivered a knockout look on the red carpet. Jessica went for a cream top and sleek white skirt combo, and we like how she mixed these two pale shades together. Her Joe's Mya tee has a structural, peplum hem that creates a feminine shape and pairs well with her white Mugler pencil skirt. Jessica's all-white look serves at the perfect canvas for some statement-making hot-pink shoes by Brian Atwood. Watch today's Fab Flash to hear more!
All the Stars at Comic-Con!
San Diego got a star-studded dose of excitement when Comic-Con rolled into town late last week. The annual convention brings superfans together with celebrities promoting their upcoming big- and small-screen projects, and our US editors were right there on the scene.
The cast of Breaking Dawn Part 2 kicked things off and shared their memories ahead of the release of the final instalment in November. Michelle Williams joined Mila Kunis for a panel on Oz: The Great and Powerful, and Mila returned to chat up Family Guy. Matt Damon swung through with Elysium, and Jessica Biel linked up with her Total Recall buddies Colin Farrell and Kate Beckinsale. There was more fun on Saturday night with The Vampire Diaries gang gathering for press and a party, and some of the True Blood guys — like Stephen Moyer, Sam Trammell and Joe Manganiello — on the scene, too. Kerry Washington rolled through with Django Unchained, and even the Glee kids stepped out.
Take a look at all the star-studded action!
All the Best Beauty Looks From 2012 Comic-Con
From the Twilight Saga to The Vampire Diaries and beyond, some of our favourite leading ladies turned out for the four-day Comic-Con convention in San Diego. Michelle Williams was on stage for Oz: The Great and Powerful rocking her perfect pixie cut, and Kate Beckinsale also wowed with her voluminous mane of brown curls for Total Recall. Kristen Stewart stayed true to her low maintenance style for Twilight, while her co-star Ashley Greene went polished with a red lip. But there's plenty more to see, so click through to see our round-up of the best hair and beauty looks.
Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder Couple Up For Comic-Con
Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder teamed up at Comic-Con on Saturday to attend a panel for their series The Vampire Diaries. The couple, with Nina in a Katherine Kidd onesie, posed for photos and answered questions about their show alongside cos-tars Paul Wesley and Zach Roerig, as well as producer Julie Plec. Nina and Ian shared secrets about season four of The Vampire Diaries and even gave a big hint about what's to come for her Elena character.
Later, they reconvened for Entertainment Weekly's annual bash. Nina wore a short, embellished Jenny Packham dress on the red carpet and, inside, caught up with Paul and other actor pals like The Hobbit's Andy Serkis and Justin Chatwin. Nina was especially excited to meet Andy, and she tweeted, "Not gonna brag but. . . I met Gollum!"
Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel Team Up at Comic-Con For Total Recall
Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel hit Comic-Con on Friday on behalf of their movie Total Recall, which was directed by Kate's husband, Len Wiseman. Colin Farrell plays the lead in the picture, which is a remake of the 1990 Arnold Schwarzenegger film. Kate, Colin and Jessica all posed for photos before heading in to take the stage.
We caught up with Jessica at the event. We got the scoop on Jessica's love of Summer whites — which is very appropriate considering her upcoming wedding to Justin Timberlake — as well as what it was like on the set with Kate and Colin. Jessica filled us in on how she and Justin compare notes after tough days on set, whether it was her with Total Recall or Justin with an action movie like In Time. Jessica said, "We're just constantly telling each other about ridiculous things that happen on set. Like, 'I completely fell and actually punched the ground.' . . . And he's like, 'Don't worry, it's OK. I'm not going to tell anybody.' It's more consoling each other."
Comic-Con's A-List Style Heats Up as We Head Into Day Three
Yesterday marked day three of Comic-Con, and the cast of Breaking Dawn Part 2 has already proven a stylish cast to be reckoned with. The crew kicked off the four-day-long convention on Wednesday night at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego — there, Ashley Greene wore a ladylike head-to-toe Oscar de la Renta look, and Nikki Reed opted for an edgier take on cocktail dressing via a gold Etro number. Last night, Kristen Stewart also got in on the fun, donning her signature brand of devil-may-care cool in the form of a Fluxus cropped top, bright BCBG skirt, and Barbara Bui boots. Add to the mix Michelle Williams's playfully printed Giulietta dress and fuchsia-hued Giuseppe Zanotti heels, Nina Dobrev's sparkly gold minidress, and Jessica Biel's slick all-white outfit and neon pink pumps, and we're certainly off to a strong start. Now, see how Comic-Con's fashion frenzy is unfolding — and be sure to check back for even more style updates.
Michelle Williams and Mila Kunis Team Up to Talk Oz at Comic-Con
Michelle Williams and Mila Kunis teamed up yesterday for a panel promoting their Oz: The Great and Powerful at Comic-Con. They're in San Diego along with the picture's director, Sam Raimi, to discuss their Wizard of Oz adaptation before it hits cinemas next March. Michelle wore a printed Giulietta for the occasion, while Mila paired a Theyskens' Theory jacket with a Rag & Bone shirt.
After posing for pictures, the trio took the stage to speak about their project. In particular, Michelle talked about her experience with Sam. She said, "I've never made such a big movie before. I didn't know what it was going to be like. I didn't know if the things that concern me, Sam would have time for, or patience for. Not only did he have time and patience in the beginning when we were rehearsing, he had patience for them on the 17th hour of the sixth day. For me it was a very holistic experience; it was a real melding of my work life and my personal life. My film family and my real family." Be sure to check out the just-released Oz: The Great and Powerful trailer.
Video: Kristen Stewart on the Racy Breaking Dawn Sex Scenes That Didn't Make the Film
Sorry to disappoint, but Kristen Stewart says there won't be any steamy love scenes between Edward and Bella when Breaking Dawn Part 2 comes to cinemas in November. Kristen and Robert Pattinson spoke about the final film at a press conference at Comic-Con yesterday, where a reporter asked Kristen if fans can expect to see more heat between the couple, especially now that Bella's a vampire. See Kristen's answer, and watch her squirm as she tries to talk about sex in front of young Mackenzie Foy — awkward!
Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and the Twilight Cast Share Memories and Talk Breaking Dawn 2 at Comic-Con
The cast of Breaking Dawn Part 2 took the stage at Comic-Con together for the last time yesterday. As Kristen Stewart pointed out, it was a bittersweet affair, as they showed love for the fans and shared their favourite moments. The fans themselves were in for a big treat: the first seven minutes of the movie were shown during the panel!

As usual, the cast — which included Kristen, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Mackenzie Foy, Ashley Greene, and the rest of the major players — kept it light and riffed off each other, while getting a bit sentimental about going into the home stretch of their Twilight careers. Here are highlights and memorable quotes from the cast:
- Bella's transformation to a vampire was a hot topic during the panel. Both Taylor Lautner and Elizabeth Reaser commended Kristen's performance, while Kristen herself boasting, "I love her [Bella], I think that she's the coolest one [vampire], so I had fun doing it."
- Kristen added that she loved shooting the running and hunting scenes as a vampire and that having to wait for Bella's transformation was like "waiting for Christmas."
- As usual, Robert made fans laugh with his off-the-cuff humour. The best line of the panel goes to his response when a fan asked what kind of advice Edward from Breaking Dawn Part 2 would give Edward from Twilight. His answer? "Keep it in your pants."
