Award-winning filmmaker Martin Scorsese will be at the helm, directing the creative concept for the new men's fragrance Blue de Chanel, set to launch later this year. Scorsese will directing rising French actor Gaspard Ulliel (total hottie, last seen hanging around Cannes making long hair look sexy) who also fronts the entire fragrance campaign. Scorsese follows in the footsteps of Atonement director Joe Wright and our very own Baz Lurham, both of whom created ground-breaking fragrance campaigns for the luxury beauty house. Blue de Chanel has been created by perfumer Jacques Polge aka The Nose and features notes of pink peppercorn, citrus, peppermint, vetiver, cedar, labdanum, jasmine, patchouli, ginger and sandalwood. Are you excited to see Martin Scorsese bring his masculine appeal to a Chanel fragrance campaign?
