As Pop would say, it's all over red rover for Lara Bingle and Michael Clarke. The nation's been waiting with baited breath to see if the Aussie Posh and Becks would split after a crazy fortnight of nude photo scandals, old affairs and some seriously public airing of dirty laundry. We called it in the office as soon as Michael flew back from NZ.
It seemed that everyone and their mother (quite literally, thanks to Miley and Tish Cyrus) opted for nude lips at the 2010 Grammy Awards: be it a neutral-toned gloss or completely bare lips. Stars backing the trend included Heidi Klum, Fergie, Miley Cyrus, Lea Michele, Beyonce, Rihanna, Pink, Jennifer Lopez, Ciara, Kristen Bell, Britney Spears, Carrie Underwood, Ke$ha and Malin Akerman. Thankfully Jennifer Hudson, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift gave us a bit of colour.
I'm going to zoom right past the fact that Britney forgot the lower region of her outfit, yet still (somehow) managed to remember her fishnets. Fab will have all of her thoughts on that, I'll focus on the fact that her locks have gotten significantly darker. Save for going a little OTT on the blusher she's kept her makeup fairly classy with a brown smoky eye and glossy pout.
Who wants to lug one great big 100 ml bottle around with you when you can take a selection of your favourite fragrances so you can pick and choose whether you're having a floral or spicy-oriental day?
