Burberry has released its new Body Eau de Toilette (from $69) campaign featuring Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in an iconic trench from the brand and nothing else (except a spritz of the scent no doubt). The British model also donned the classic outerwear for her Body Eau de Parfum debut last Summer, showing that Burberry wanted to keep continuity between the two Mario Testino shot ads. Chief creative officer Christopher Bailey explained why he chose the 25-year-old for the role, saying: "Rosie's effortless style and her staggering beauty made her the natural choice as the first Burberry Body." The fragrance, which will launch here on September 2, is described as a "lighter and cleaner combination of refined ingredients" with notes of green apple, peach, green absinthe, tea, vanilla and amber. Beauty Brands That Have Slashed Their Prices in Line With OS
Shopping for cosmetics can be a tricky thing. We get it, some international brands are so much cheaper overseas, but if we neglect the Australian retail space we will eventually have to kiss goodbye to cosmetics counters where we can road-test the latest products before we buy. Luckily there's an answer. Australian distributors have started to cut prices in line with international costs so that we can still keep the love on our own soil. Yay! Here's a wrap up of 10 brands that have dropped their prices. We know what we'll be stocking up on at the weekend!
Our Best Dressed List: Top Ten of the Week!
The array of celeb-studded events this week meant we had a tough time deciding who would make our Top Ten edit. The Burberry Body launch provided two of our favourites — Kate Bosworth wowed us as always in a tribal-print frock from the 2012 Spring Collection, while the Burberry Body herself Rosie Huntington-Whiteley stole the show in a nude silk slip. Elsewhere Kate Middleton was elegance personified in her vintage Amanda Wakeley gown, as was Michelle Williams in a sheer navy Nina Ricci number. Want more? Kate, Rachel and Rosie Step Out For a Burberry Event
Kate Bosworth gave her boyfriend Michael Polish the look of love last night at the launch of Burberry's Body fragrance in LA. It was her and Michael's second fashion outing in the last week, as they also cosied up at Vogue's 2011 CFDA Fashion Fund finalist celebration. Kate and Michael were joined yesterday by Burberry designer Christopher Bailey and Rachel Zoe. Rachel was decked out in a teal trench from Christopher's collections, and she tweeted that the event was, "Way fun!" Kate also found a minute to catch up with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who's the face and body of the Burberry scent.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Puts a Sexy Spin on Suiting

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley stunned us day after day whilst on the Transformers press tour, and her ability to temper illegally sexy looks with understated elegance seems to be continuing with her latest look for a photo call for Burberry. Launching the latest Burberry Body fragrance at Macy's department store in New York City, RHW donned this chic taupe suit, which could've fallen into office attire territory on anyone else — but by wearing her low-cut blazer with nothing but a fine gold chain lariat necklace Rosie managed to sex-up this mannish look. Inspired by her covered up-but-alluring ensemble, we went hunting for five suits that we could give the same nothing-underneath-treatment to. Thanks ShopStyle Australia!
Go Behind the Scenes on Rosie's Sexy Burberry Body Shoot

You've seen Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as the face (and bangin' bod) for Burberry's newest fragrance, appropriately named Burberry Body — now you can go behind the scenes with Rosie, Christopher Bailey and legendary photographer Mario Testino, who lensed the campaign in London. Whether she's seductively pouting for the camera with the wind in her hair or lying on the ground with the brand's iconic trench (barely) covering her modesty, it's one of those holy heavens, Batman she really is that amazingly beautiful moments. Already we pity the next Burberry Body pick who has to follow in RWH's footsteps. Will you be checking out the scent?

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Strips Off For Burberry Body Ad

The British brand launched her career so it seems only fitting that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley return as the face (and body) for Burberry's newest fragrance, which Christopher Bailey is calling the brand's "most exciting launch" to date. The Chief Creative Officer of the British fashion house continues: "[It] captures the iconic spirit of the brand today in a striking and sensual way. Rosie's effortless style and her staggering beauty made her the natural choice as the first Burberry Body." The fragrance, which launches her on September 4, will be fronted by various "Burberry Bodies" all photographed by Mario Testino. As you can see from Rosie's shot, it's heavy on sensuality, with the Transformers: Dark of the Moon wearing her iconic caramel trench, the new scent . . . and little else. The 24-year-old has said it's a "great honour" to be working with the brand again and an "amazing compliment" to be the first Burberry Body. No news on notes yet, but we'll keep you posted! What do you think of the risqué shot?
