Defined, fuller eyebrows continued to dominate recently at fashion week, securing their place as the beauty trend of the moment. But it seems not everyone is blessed with the thick brow like Cara Delevingne. If genetics aren't on your side or you went to town in your high school years with the tweezers and wax, you might just be in luck! Eyelash and brow growth serums — consisting of polypeptides and essential vitamins — have soared the US market and have recently started making an appearance on the Australian shelves. They've been put to the test and results have proven to enhance overall appearance, reduce breakage, whilst stimulating the natural cycle of hair growth. Simple and quick to apply, with consistency key to getting the most effective results. So with thick, boyish brows not going anywhere, it’s time to get ready to embrace your wild-side. Click Click!
We're well and truly in the thick of things at the 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival. Things kicked off with stars including French beauty Audrey Tatou, Emma Watson and Carey Mulligan hitting the red carpet, but since then we've been beauty snooping everyone from Cara Delevingne and Jessica Biel to Megan Gale, her fellow L'Oréal Paris ambassador Doutzen Kroes, and more. We'll be updating the Cannes Film Festival beauty looks as the photos come to hand but for now, click, click. . .
We had a lot of beautiful looks to pore over this week, what with a fancy Vogue dinner and the 2013 Cannes Film Festival taking place, but we had to be selective and whittle our list of favourites down to 10. When it comes to the absolute best, no-holds-barred beauty looks of the week, we have to be wowed — and wowed we were when we caught sight of Cara Delevingne's Cannes look. It was dramatic, sexy and could've easily gone wrong. . . but it was so right. Jennifer Lawrence also opted for a bold lip, and speaking of bold, we were huge fans of Nicole Kidman's futuristic ponytail. On the other end of the spectrum was Zoe Saldana, looking better than ever with her face bare and hair au naturel. Click through to see who else made the cut!
There were two designers whose names were all over the best-dressed lists this week: Christian Dior and Prabal Gurung. Their incredible designs were seen on the likes of Nicole Kidman, Diane Kruger, Jennifer Lawrence and more this week, and we've gotta say, we're seeing some of their best work ever. Diane Kruger might be the only star who can pull off a belly-button-exposing top at a high-class Vogue dinner (and pull it off she did), and we were thrilled to see Jennifer Lawrence opt for something different after a sea of black during the awards season a few months ago. Olivia Palermo showed prints who's boss, Nicole Kidman earned her mega-star status, and Sienna Miller? Well, let's just say we're glad she's back on the scene. The Cannes Film Festival red-carpet events kicked off with The Great Gatsby premiere, setting a high bar for all the celebrity glamour to follow. Yesterday, Emma Watson and Freida Pinto furthered the A-list allure with arrivals at their respective premieres. Freida glowed in an embellished Sanchita gown as she made her way down the carpet at the Jeune & Jolie screening, while Emma traded her photocall style for black-and-white Chanel at the premiere of The Bling Ring. Just click to see all of these gowns and more, here, in the gallery.

It may have been raining on the red carpet, but that did not stop our favourite stars from attending the premiere of The Great Gatsby at the opening ceremony to this year's Cannes Film Festival. From Carey Mulligan's sleek and streamlined Dior Haute Couture gown to Cara Delevingne's ultra-sexy body-con number from Burberry, these chic starlets weren't afraid to fete this year's fest with a level of glam that could only be surpassed by Jay Gatsby himself. A look at all of these gowns and more, here, in the gallery.
The most glamorous festival in the world — the Cannes Film Festival — is happening in the South of France right now, and Nicole Kidman has already delivered in the style department with two sexy LBDs. Watch today's Fashion Flash for the full report on her outfits, plus stylish cameos from Emma Watson and Cara Delevingne.
It was only last week that we saw Cara Delevingne's hand looking pristine at the Met Gala, but it seems that as of late, she's sporting a giant lion tattoo on her index finger designed by none other than bestie Rita Ora's tat artist, BangBangNYC. At first I thought it was just a semi-permanent drawing, but it seems from the photo she posted on Instagram, that it's quite real. The caption reads, "I am so happy! Thanks again @bangbangnyc @elemags ! RAWWWW."
In another note on Twitter she writes, "My first tattoo!! Lions rule! Thank you so much @bangbangnyc @badgalriri." Mystery solved. Not only did Rita influence her inking, but Rihanna must have also which makes sense seeing as they were spotted hanging out this week. Rihanna also wrote this very note on Instagram, "My lover @caradelevingne just came over and got tagged for the first time!! Only by the best @bangbangnyc #Zodiackilla."
We're sure makeup artists' are going to have a field day covering up the giant lion on all of her many, many upcoming photo shoots, but it just goes to show that this model has a mind of her own. Fierce and stubborn like a lion? Perhaps the reason she chose this animal is because her birthday is August 12 — you guessed it — she's a Leo! What do you think of her brand-new body art?
Whether they've been around for a long time or a short one, these English beauties have, to take a term from their French neighbours, a certain je ne sais quoi that catapulted them to It Girl status the moment they hit our radars. And one quick glance at the guest list at the 2013 Met Gala proved that this British invasion isn't ending any time soon. Alexa Chung, Jourdan Dunn, Sienna Miller, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Cara Delevingne and Ashley Madekwe (complete with a new bob!) all put their best beauty looks forward on Tuesday — so consider this gallery an homage to some of their best hair and makeup looks ever. Chanel revealed its Cruise 2014 collection in Singapore yesterday, and the mix of red-carpet-ready dresses, timeless coats, and everyday pieces is delightful. While Cruise collections might not garner the same amount of attention as the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter shows, Karl Lagerfeld's latest shows us why they should. Intended to outfit the most fabulous of women on holidays abroad, they fill the gap between Spring and Autumn with a bounty of pieces ready for frivolity and fun (not the office).
