Miranda Kerr looked casually chic as she exited a car to drop her son, Flynn Bloom, at kids’ indoor activity centre Romp in LA today. Orlando Bloom carried their two-year-old into the centre as a skinny jeans and heels-clad Miranda followed behind. The family reunited almost a week ago, when Miranda returned to the US after a couple of days in Australia as part of her ambassador duties for Qantas — last week she modelled the new uniform and attended a gala event that included international guests John Travolta and Kelly Preston. In fact she landed in LA on Saturday, just in time to celebrate her 30th birthday with her favourite boys.

Over the weekend Miranda Kerr jumped on a Qantas plane to return to Sydney to attend the unveiling of new Qantas uniforms this week. But before leaving LA, the supermodel spent her Saturday running errands that included dropping her two-year-old son Flynn to day care, stopping by an office, and getting her nails done. She was spotted leaving the same office on Thursday with Flynn and Orlando Bloom.

Miranda’s been in the headlines the past week with rumours she’s been dropped as a Victoria’s Secret Angel. There are conflicting reports about her Angel status and the reasons why she may have stepped down, her commitments to other companies being among them. On top of Victoria’s Secret and Qantas, Miranda is also the new face of Mango (her Summer '13 campaign was recently released) and spends a lot of time on her KORA Organics range.

Flynn looked camera-ready while holding onto his mum's hand but played it shy when Orlando carried him out of a play centre as Miranda followed behind her boys. Orlando was without Miranda last night, though, when he attended Coach's third annual Evening of Cocktails and Shopping solo.

Miranda's smiley family afternoon came on the heels of news that Miranda's $1 million Victoria's Secret contract may not be renewed. Despite various rumours behind the parting of ways between the Australian model and the lingerie giant, Victoria's Secret's chief marketing officer Ed Razek said the brand has no plans to stop working with Miranda permanently and that she has already agreed to walk in this year's fashion show. With or without her wings, Miranda has plenty to keep her busy, from her family and her KORA Organics line to her endorsement deals with both Qantas airlines and Audi, as well as a new fashion campaign with Mango.

Miranda Kerr held hands with her 2-year-old son, Flynn Bloom, while out for a walk in Hollywood yesterday afternoon. The duo are temporarily based at home in LA with Orlando Bloom, Flynn's dad and Miranda's husband. The year began in a busy way for Miranda, as she flew around the world on modelling assignments. On Easter, the Bloom-Kerrs returned to California following their latest family holiday. At the moment, Miranda's enjoying being in one place and indulging in some close-to-home activities like baking — she made gluten-free muffins last week — and fishing, as she and Flynn did yesterday.

Miranda Kerr struck a pose in a pleated dress for the April cover of Vogue magazine, which is on sale now. She’s the latest cover star in the publication’s collector’s edition Model Series, and she’s the perfect person to front their digitally-focused issue thanks to her wide social media presence. Miranda boasts a huge amount of followers on her Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts, and has said the key to her social media success is just being herself: “I feel like people really appreciate it when you are authentic.”

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom's mum, Sonia, took Flynn to a children's gym in Beverly Hills yesterday. Miranda fit in time with her family after a busy week of work — she was in NYC to promote Victoria's Secret's new Fabulous collection and also talked a bit about her personal life. During an interview with the Huffington Post, Miranda opened up about her goals for Flynn, saying that she wants him to be free to follow his dreams. She continued, "For me being a mother is about nurturing his own individual personality and embracing whatever it is that he wants to be." After wrapping up her trip in the Big Apple, Miranda went right back to work in LA on Sunday on a fashionable photo shoot.
