She made the cut as one of Fab's 2010 It Models, so when we saw this stunning editorial shoot in Vogue Nippon's April issue, featuring model Ginta Lapina, we knew we had to share it with you. Shot by François Nars himself for the cover and accompanying six-page beauty spread, Ginta sports a series of bold and dramatic makeup looks — a pale and flawless complexion, glossy red lips, black winged liquid eyeliner and silver-grey nail polish. Miuccia Prada’s cute and quirky frocks from Miu Miu’s A/W 2010 collection come to life in the latest ad campaign. Shot by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, model cuties Lindsey Wixson, Siri Tollerød, Ginta Lapina and Daphne Groeneveld playfully dance around and pose in a photo booth in mustard and lilac embellished dresses, drool-worthy handbags and sweet footwear. The girls definitely bring a cheeky, fun flavour to the clothes! Check out their moves in the video, and good luck getting that beat out of your head...

Derek Lam likes to keep his friends close and his models closer. After seeing Ginta Lapina on his arm at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards last week, we found the model posing in Lam's new Spring campaign. "We went back to the beach, but it’s a dreamy world of cream-coloured sand, highlighted by pops of color from vibrant clothing and accessories," said Creative Director Doug Lloyd. The ad, shot by Solve Sundsbo at Pier 59 Studio in New York, showcases Ginta looking quirky cute in Lam's polka-dot confections. I love the punchy accessories, and Ginta's updo and red lips are a fun contrast to the beachy backdrop.
